The Dashboard provides a quick overview of your Cash On Delivery (COD) app settings, plan usage, features, and support options.

This section gives you a summary of your active plan.

Currently, we are offering the free plan for our app.

Free Plan​

You are currently using the Free Plan, which includes:

  • Unlimited orders per month
  • 0/∞ usage (This will show the montly usage out)
  • No additional charges after reaching the plan limit

The plan overview card displays your current usage and plan benefits clearly.

NOTE - You may see the different charges or order limit based on your current plan.

Here you will find the main features available in the app:

1. Add Cash On Delivery Fee​

Charge your customers an additional fee when they select the COD payment method at checkout.

✔ Useful for covering cash handling costs
✔ Fully customizable fee settings

2. Limit Cash On Delivery to Specific Conditions​

Restrict the COD payment method based on:

  • Order amount
  • Customer location
  • Specific products
  • Specific collection
  • Customer email
  • Customer mobile number
  • specific vendors and more...

This helps reduce COD returns and prevent misuse.

Fields available:

  • Feedback input — enter your message
  • Submit Feedback button — sends your message to us instantly

Use this section to tell us what improvements you would like to see.

🌐 Change App Language​

You can easily switch the app language from this dropdown.

Available Languages​

  • Deutsch (More languages coming soon)

Selecting a language will update the entire app interface instantly.
